1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Casey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Casey is a personal productivity application that provides journaling, task management, and idea tracking ("blips") features. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person per account; shared accounts are not permitted.
4. Your Data
- You own all content you create in Casey (journal entries, tasks, blips).
- You can export all your data at any time in JSON or CSV format.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
- We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep Casey available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Casey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Casey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
